This past F1rst Friday, February 4th kicked off Statesboro Bride's Annual Wedding Walk! Over 30 of Statesboro/Bulloch County's businesses were featured at our event held at the Quality Inn on Main Street.  We even had vendors come in from Swainsboro and Metter! 

The night started out at the Quality Inn & Suites Ballroom with the Bridal Expo.  All of our attendees were then invited to hop on The Blue Goose, Statesboro's finest party bus to take a ride to our Cocktail Hour and Gallery Social at the Averitt Center for the Arts that was followed by a Fashion Show in the Emma Kelly Theatre!

We held drawings for over 17 different gifts including gift certificates for everything from makeup, gym memberships, pottery design and a venue rental to gift baskets donated by our vendors and sponsors...just to name a few!  All of these prizes, including our Grand Prize of $1,000 in Statesboro/Bulloch County Chamber Bucks were given away to our brides during the Statesboro Bride's Fashion Show!!

I will have pictures up very soon of the event!!  I am so thrilled to have been able to find a FABULOUS photographer, Brittany Sweat, to document the entire event for me!!

FLASH MOB!!!!

This little event was SO much fun! I can't believe the girls pulled everything together with only a  couple days notice, dressed up in wedding gowns and paraded around Statesboro passing out flyers promoting the Statesboro Bride Wedding Walk!  It was tremendous! The Blue Goose volunteered to chaufer us from business to business while we attacked...bridal style!
